Refunds or replacements will be issued if an item is broken or faulty upon reciept of order.  We require that the product be returned in order that the replacement/refund be issued.  Please email us for instructions on how to go about this process.  Refunds/replacements will not be issued for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully.

We deliver all of our products Australia-wide.

All orders dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from date of payment received. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours. All orders are shipped and delivered by Australia Post.

Adelaide – 3-5 business days after dispatch

Melbourne, Adelaide & Canberra – 3-7 business days after dispatch

Brisbane, Hobart & Perth – 5-7 business days after dispatch

Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch

All Rural Areas - Please allow up to 10 business days for deliveries to rural areas in Australia.

 

International Delivery

Orders shipped internationally will be sent within 2 - 3 business days (unless otherwise specified *) and will be sent via registered post.  Arrival times vary depending on the destination.  Approximate postage times are anywhere from 3 days to 20 days.
