SHIPPING POLICY

All jewellery and homeware products are designed and hand made by Emkay Creative in Adelaide, South Australia.  All products on the website are in stock (unless otherwise specified *) however on occasions, due to varying demand an item may need to be made from start to finish.  This is very rare, but if this is the case, you will receive an email providing an estimated timeframe for dispatch.

* All Personalised and Made to Order items require 3-4 weeks for production.

Australian Delivery

We deliver all of our products Australia-wide.

Standard shipping ranges from $6 -$8 and express shipping $11 (see each item for specific details)

All orders dispatched within 2 - 3 business days from date of payment received*. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during normal business hours. All orders are shipped and delivered by Australia Post. 

 

Australian Estimated Delivery Times

  • Adelaide – 2-7 business days after dispatch

  • Melbourne, Sydney & Canberra – 3-7 business days after dispatch

  • Brisbane, Hobart & Perth – 5-7 business days after dispatch

  • Perth & Darwin – 5-10 business days after dispatch

  • All Rural Areas - Please allow up to 10 business days for deliveries to rural areas in Australia.

 

International Delivery

Orders shipped internationally will be sent within 2 - 3 business days (unless otherwise specified* ) and will be sent via registered post.  Arrival times vary depending on the destination.  Approximate postage times are anywhere from 3 days to 20 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Refunds or replacements will be only be issued if an item is broken or faulty upon receipt of order.  We require that the product be returned in order that the replacement/refund be issued.  Please email us for instructions on how to go about this process.  Refunds/replacements will not be issued for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully and check spelling for custom orders.
